Located at our farm in Al Kharj, this pivotal role is designed for a professional dedicated to excellence in civil maintenance. You will oversee all maintenance activities, ensuring our facilities and infrastructure are well maintained and operational.

Located at our farm in Al Kharj, this pivotal role is designed for a professional dedicated to excellence in civil maintenance. You will oversee all maintenance activities, ensuring our facilities and infrastructure are well maintained and operational.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintenance Planning: Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans, coordinating schedules to meet operational needs.
- Civil Maintenance Operations: Supervise maintenance related to buildings and infrastructure, ensuring work meets company standards.
- Inspection & Problem Solving: Conduct inspections to identify maintenance needs and swiftly address issues to minimize disruptions.
- Resource & Material Management: Monitor stock levels and evaluate new equipment and methods for maintenance.
- Monitoring & Performance Control: Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance processes and support initiatives that improve safety and service quality.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 6 years experience in civil maintenance or infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance practices and resource management.
- Proficient communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
