Role OverviewAs a Construction Supervisor, you will manage contractor performance, coordinate site resources, and ensure adherence to strict safety and regulatory standards. You will report directly to the Engineering & Projects Manager and contribute to executing capital projects efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Site Execution Oversight: Direct daily construction activities for civil and structural works per approved engineering designs.
- HSE Compliance Enforcement: Enforce adherence to Permit-to-Work systems to maintain a zero-harm environment.
- Quality Assurance Control: Inspect materials and workmanship for compliance with SASO standards.
- Contractor Performance Management: Monitor contractor productivity to meet weekly construction targets safely.
- Technical Coordination: Resolve site-level technical conflicts with the engineering team.
- Progress Reporting: Submit daily and weekly progress reports.
- Material and Logistics Control: Coordinate construction material delivery to avoid site congestion.
- Handover Documentation: Prepare and validate as-built drawings and quality records.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
- Minimum of 12 years of industrial construction experience.
- Proven experience managing EPC contractors in mining or processing environments.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi building codes and MIM regulations.
- Proficiency in engineering drawings and technical reports.
- Valid construction safety certification (*, OSHA 30 or NEBOSH).
- Excellent command of English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
Success Metrics- Achievement of construction milestones within the scheduled baseline.
- Zero lost-time injuries during the supervision period.
- All non-conformance reports (NCRs) closed promptly.
