About the Dairy Technologist Role

Role Purpose and Context

The primary objective of this role is to plan and implement continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing environment. This involves investigating quality issues, implementing preventive measures, and monitoring processes to ensure adherence to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and investigate product and consumer complaints.
• Conduct thorough investigations into quality issues and implement effective corrective actions.
• Perform Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) audits to ensure compliance.
• Implement phage prevention audits to maintain product integrity.
• Deliver quality briefs to new employees to ensure understanding of standards.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of experience in a related technical or manufacturing role. A background in dairy technology or a similar field is expected. The ability to investigate issues, implement solutions, and conduct audits is essential for success in this position.
