Skills and Qualifications:

5 years of industrial experience as a crane operator.
Proficient in English.
Holding a SAG license as a Crane Operator.
Aramco approved crane operator.
Preferred 12 years of experience in a training role.
Proficiency in operating various models of heavy equipment.
Detail-oriented with a focus on safety.
Strong communication and demonstration skills.
Professional demeanor and supportive of trainees' development.
Team player capable of independent work.

نبحث عن عامل رافعة ذو خبرة لدعم برنامجنا التدريبي المهني في المعهد الفني السعودي لخدمات النفط في الدمام. تتضمن هذه الوظيفة تشغيل المعدات الثقيلة وتدريب الجيل القادم من المشغلين.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

إجراء فحوصات ما قبل التشغيل والصيانة الأساسية للمعدات الثقيلة لضمان السلامة والاستعداد.
تقديم تدريب عملي على تشغيل المعدات الثقيلة.
إظهار ممارسات التشغيل الآمنة والمعايير الصناعية لاستخدام الرافعات المتحركة.
إرشاد المتدربين في تشغيل الرافعات المتحركة، مع التركيز على تقنيات التحريك ورفع الأحمال.
تقديم المشورة والتعليقات للمتدربين أثناء التمارين العملية.
مراقبة وتقييم أداء المتدربين.
ضمان الالتزام باللوائح الصحية والسلامة أثناء التدريب.
التعاون مع المعلمين لمواءمة التدريب مع أهداف المنهج.
دعم التدقيقات الخارجية والاعتماد لتدريب الرافعة.
الحفاظ على سجلات تشغيل المعدات وصيانتها.

المؤهلات:

5 سنوات من الخبرة الصناعية كعامل رافعة، ويفضل أن يكون ذلك في النفط والغاز أو البناء.
إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية.
ترخيص SAG وموافقة أرامكو كعامل رافعة.
12 سنوات من الخبرة في التدريب أو التوجيه (مفضل).
مهارات قوية في التواصل، والعرض، والاهتمام بالسلامة.
تصرف مهني وحماس لتطوير مهارات المتدربين.
