Join AJ Corporation as a Marketing Specialist
AJ Corporation is seeking a dedicated and experienced Marketing Executive to drive strategic marketing initiatives within the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives and plans.
Managing digital marketing channels including social media, email marketing, and website content.
Leading and guiding the marketing team to achieve objectives.
Collaborating with various departments to align company goals and strategies.
Monitoring and analyzing market trends and competitors.
Effectively managing and allocating the marketing budget.
Ensuring brand consistency across all marketing projects.
Driving lead generation efforts to support marketing activities.
Planning and overseeing the production of promotional materials.

Required Qualifications:

A bachelor’s degree in Marketing (preferred).
8 years of marketing experience, preferably in the construction industry.
Proven leadership experience in a marketing role.
Strong understanding of market research techniques.
In-depth knowledge of both traditional and digital marketing strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical abilities and an outgoing personality.
