IT SUPPORT OFFICER

About the Role

Napco National is seeking an IT Support Officer to join their team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This is a full-time position suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience in IT support. The role focuses on providing essential technical assistance and maintaining IT operations across various business units.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to business units for services defined in Service Level Agreements (SLA).
• Prepare and format laptops and desktops for users.
• Perform initial repairs on printers, scanners, and photocopiers before escalating to third-party services.
• Install and configure various software applications for both new and existing users.
• Manage communication related to network laptops, desktops, and computer accessories.
• Ensure first-line support for network, telecom, and infrastructure issues, including cabling, connection points, and testing.
• Handle IT-related projects as assigned by the support manager and manage site-specific IT requirements.
• Assist IT representatives across all business units and provide support to customers for equipment repair and replacement.
• Address technical problems promptly to ensure smooth operation of IT systems.
• Deliver flexible and responsive technical support across the company, both physically and remotely.
• Deliver and set up IT equipment for users in all business units.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in IT support or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve common IT issues.
• Familiarity with hardware and software installation and configuration.
