About the Role

Napco National is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join its team in Dammam, Eastern region. This full-time role requires 0-1 years of experience and focuses on maintaining asset efficiency and minimizing downtime through effective maintenance practices.

Key Responsibilities

Communicate information clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing, within a business context.
Observe asset status and determine condition based on indicators and real-time data to prioritize maintenance resources.
Identify, isolate, and rectify faults to restore assets to operational condition, applying Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for long-term solutions when necessary.
Operate Napco's Computerized Maintenance Management Software (CMMS) package and interface with other enterprise software systems as applicable.
Use Condition Monitoring results to predict and schedule corrective maintenance.
Systematically monitor and evaluate the manufacturing process to ensure quality standards are met and drive engineering and manufacturing process improvements.
Inspect and test tools, spare parts, raw materials, work in progress, and finished products against performance and standard limits.

Required Competencies

Proficiency in national and foreign languages, both spoken and written.
Ability to use standard equipment and office automation systems and software effectively.
Knowledge of various machinery, spare parts, tools, and items used in Napco's maintenance practices.
Understanding and interpretation of legal requirements, regulations, and internal procedures to protect personnel and property.

Qualifications and Experience

0-1 years of experience in a relevant field.
Ability to apply local, regional, and international occupational health and safety policies, regulations, and Napco's standards and procedures.
