Role Overview

The Parquet Showroom Sales Associate is responsible for guiding customers through the selection process for parquet flooring products, ensuring a positive experience from initial inquiry to successful order completion. This role focuses on achieving sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer service and showroom presentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide assistance in selecting suitable parquet flooring products.
• Clearly explain product features, specifications, and benefits to customers.
• Prepare accurate quotations and efficiently process sales orders.
• Follow up with customers to ensure successful order completion and satisfaction.
• Work towards achieving established sales targets and consistently deliver excellent customer service.
• Maintain an organized and visually appealing showroom display.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• 0-1 years of previous sales experience, with a preference for experience in parquet, flooring, or building materials.
