The Role

The Parquet Showroom Sales Associate is responsible for engaging with customers, guiding them through product selections, and ensuring a smooth sales process from inquiry to order completion. A key aspect of this role involves achieving sales targets while upholding the high standards of our showroom presentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide assistance in selecting appropriate parquet flooring products.
• Clearly explain product features, specifications, and benefits to customers.
• Prepare accurate quotations and efficiently process sales orders.
• Follow up with customers to ensure successful completion of their orders.
• Work towards achieving established sales targets and consistently deliver excellent customer service.
• Maintain an organized and visually attractive showroom display.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Previous sales experience is required, with a preference for backgrounds in parquet, flooring, or building materials.
• Demonstrated strong communication and customer service skills.
• A sales-driven individual with a positive and professional demeanor.
• Ability to perform effectively both independently and as a collaborative team member.

Work Environment and Compensation

This is a full-time position based in Dammam, Ash Sharqīyah. The role offers an attractive sales commission structure.
