About the Role

Amazon Saudi Arabia (ex-Souq) is seeking an ACES Specialist to join its Global Specialty Fulfillment (GSF) operations team in Dammam. This full-time role is part of a newly formed organization dedicated to designing and launching new business models across the Africa, Middle East, and Turkey (AMET) region.

Operational Context and Contribution

The ACES Specialist will contribute to a team focused on redefining fast delivery and establishing new services for customers. This involves supporting 3P Store Operations and Delivery Service Partners (DSP) for last-mile delivery. The role also includes ensuring Amazon policies, such as attendance tracking, are implemented and administered consistently, alongside providing feedback on associate performance related to productivity, quality, and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor operations metrics that directly impact customers and business performance.
• Conduct daily standups with the operations team to review performance and address issues.
• Maintain and optimize ACES (Amazon Customer Excellence System) tools and processes.
• Conduct training sessions for delivery partners to ensure operational standards are met.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• Fluency in English, including speaking, writing, and reading.
• Knowledge of general AI tools.

Preferred Experience

• One or more years of experience in a manufacturing or customer-facing environment.
