About the Role

Amazon is seeking an ACES Specialist Ultra Fast SA Amazon Now ACES to join its Global Specialty Fulfillment (GSF) operations team. This full-time position is based in Dammam, Eastern Region, Saudi Arabia. The role is part of a newly formed organization focused on designing and launching new business models across the AMET region, with an emphasis on redefining fast delivery services for customers.

Operational Context

The specialist will contribute to building and running new delivery services, managing third-party store operations, and overseeing Delivery Service Partners (DSP) for last-mile logistics. A key aspect of this position involves ensuring Amazon policies, including attendance tracking, are implemented and administered fairly and consistently. This includes providing coaching, reporting, and feedback on associate performance related to productivity, quality, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor Operations metrics that directly impact customers and business performance.
• Conduct daily standups with the operations team to review progress and address issues.
• Maintain and optimize ACES (Amazon Customer Excellence System) tools to enhance operational efficiency.
• Conduct trainings for delivery partners to ensure adherence to operational standards.

Basic Qualifications

• Fluency in English, including speaking, writing, and reading.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Knowledge of general AI tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing or customer-facing environment.
