We are conducting an executive search for accomplished faculty members to join their academic community. Applications are invited for Faculty positions (PhD) within the Engineering disciplines of Mechanical, Industrial, Civil, and Electrical Engineering. Role Responsibilities

The faculty member will be responsible for:

• Delivering specialized lectures and overseeing practical laboratory sessions in their respective engineering discipline, with English as the medium of instruction.
• Actively supporting and maintaining accreditation standards, including ABET and NCAAA, through meticulous curriculum mapping and assessment processes.
• Leading applied engineering research initiatives and publishing findings in high-impact, peer-reviewed technical journals.
• Supervising senior design capstone projects and providing comprehensive mentorship to students.
• Fostering relationships with the industrial sector to secure research grants and identify practical opportunities for students.

Qualifications and Requirements

Candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Education: A PhD in Mechanical, Industrial, Civil, or Electrical Engineering is mandatory.
• University Ranking: Applicants must hold a PhD from a university ranked within the Top 400 (Shanghai Ranking), Top 300 (Times Higher Education), or Top 200 (QS World University Rankings) to align with institutional excellence standards.
• Experience: Demonstrated ability in technical teaching and a strong portfolio of academic research are required.
• Language: Professional fluency in English is essential.
