About the CNC Operator Role

Zamil Steel Holding Company is seeking a qualified CNC Operator to join their team in Dammam, Eastern Province. This full-time position involves operating and monitoring CNC welding machines to produce components according to engineering specifications and production schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC welding machines in accordance with production work orders and standard operating procedures.
• Load, verify, and adjust CNC programs prior to commencing production runs.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and welding specifications to ensure accurate manufacturing.
• Prepare materials and workpieces for welding operations.
• Monitor machine performance during operation, making necessary adjustments to maintain product quality and optimize efficiency.
• Inspect finished products using measuring instruments and welding gauges to confirm compliance with specifications.
• Identify and report any machine malfunctions, quality issues, or production deviations to the supervisor.
• Perform routine machine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance as assigned.
• Accurately record production data, machine performance metrics, and inspection results.
• Collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering departments to address and resolve production issues.
• Ensure efficient material usage and minimize scrap and rework.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with 5S standards.
• Adhere to all company policies, safety procedures, and quality requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Diploma or Technical Certificate in Welding Technology, or a related field.
• 1 to 3 years of experience operating CNC welding machines or CNC equipment in a manufacturing setting.

Preferred Experience

Experience in steel fabrication or structural steel manufacturing is preferred for this role.

Work Location and Type

This is a full-time position based in Dammam, within the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia.
