- Conducting post-job debriefs for lessons learned and participating in project closeout meetings.
- Maintaining active gate passes for all sites with installed Elliott Group fleet for immediate emergency support.
- Conducting on-site surveys and monitoring equipment performance to provide data-driven insights.
- Assisting with equipment troubleshooting, failure analysis, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and defining corrective actions.
- Providing recommendations on maintenance, repair, spare parts, modifications, and upgrades.
- Ensuring all work aligns with company Quality and HSE management systems, preparing risk assessments and safety documentation.
- Establishing quality and documentation requirements for projects and preventing nonconformities.
- Managing risks and liabilities, exercising independent judgment for corrective actions, and resolving failure claims.
- Informing Aftermarket Sales and Field Service Management of sales potential, work performed, and customer reactions.
- Promoting customer goodwill through effective communication and courtesy calls.
- Providing formal post-project and lessons learned reports, and preparing service reports.
- Benchmarking and sharing industry best practices, and facilitating technical seminars.
- Conducting performance review meetings and capturing feedback for continuous improvement.
