About the Role

Siemens Energy is seeking an experienced LTP Project Manager to oversee service program contracts. This full-time position is based in Dammam, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia. The role requires a dedicated professional to serve as the primary customer liaison and ensure the successful execution of long-term programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary customer contact for managing service program contracts and providing guidance on technical solutions.
  • Monitor and drive improvements in key performance indicators, including unit availability, reliability, project revenue, and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and customers to effectively plan, schedule, and implement outages.
  • Manage contract financials and present financial status reports to management on a quarterly basis.
  • Ensure the documentation of quality incidents and the communication of corrective actions to all relevant stakeholders.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong professional relationships by adhering to Siemens Energy’s SOCIUS principles: Accountability, Humility, Communication, Trust, and Flexibility.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering.
  • 5 to 8+ years of experience in project management and field service within the Power Generation industry.
  • Familiarity with rotating power generation equipment.
  • PMP certification is preferred.

Required Skills

  • Strong communication skills, particularly for customer-facing interactions and engagement with senior management.
  • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload effectively with minimal supervision.

Work Location and Type

This is a full-time position located in Dammam, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia. The role involves direct engagement with customers and internal teams to manage long-term programs.
