About the Role

The Management Recruitment Group (MRG) is seeking an experienced Execution Manager on behalf of its client, a leading real estate developer. This full-time position is based in Dammam, Eastern, Saudi Arabia, and is central to the successful delivery of large-scale real estate developments.

Project Execution Overview

The Execution Manager will oversee the entire construction execution lifecycle, from project mobilization through to final handover. This involves ensuring that all projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The role requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and project teams to drive execution excellence and ensure compliance with all contractual, technical, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the execution and delivery of real estate development projects from mobilization through final handover.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, quality, and overall construction performance.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Monitor construction progress and proactively resolve technical, commercial, and operational issues.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Oversee contract administration, change management, and contractor performance.
• Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining programme milestones.
• Collaborate with Design, Development, Property Management, and other internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare regular project reports and provide updates to senior management.
• Foster strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of proven experience in delivering large-scale real estate or mixed-use developments.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver projects within demanding timelines while consistently maintaining high quality and safety standards.

Preferred Candidate Profile
