About Konh Studio and the Role

Konh Studio, a creative marketing agency specializing in branding, digital marketing, content production, and creative campaigns, is seeking a Graphic Designer (Branding & Creative Design). This full-time position is based in Dammam, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on developing meaningful visual identities and marketing experiences, extending beyond mere aesthetics, and supporting both branding projects and marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Design complete visual identity systems for various brands.
• Create logos and develop comprehensive visual concepts.
• Develop social media content and creative assets for marketing campaigns.
• Design print materials, packaging, signage, and other marketing collateral.
• Prepare artwork suitable for both print and digital production.
• Provide creative support to the team across branding and marketing initiatives.
• Participate actively in brainstorming sessions and the development of creative concepts.
• Ensure visual consistency across all brand touchpoints and deliverables.
• Deliver high-quality design work within established project deadlines.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a closely related field.
• Minimum of 0-1 years of professional experience in graphic design.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating branding, logo design, and marketing projects.
• Excellent understanding of core branding principles, typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Proven ability to manage multiple design projects concurrently while adhering to deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team.

Technical Skills and Creative Expertise

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, with advanced expertise in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
• Good working knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Adobe After Effects, and other relevant Adobe Creative Cloud applications.
• Ability to prepare assets for both print-ready and digital production.
• Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools such as Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, or similar is considered an advantage.
• Applicants must possess at least one of the following creative skills: Arabic Calligraphy, Illustration / Digital Drawing, or Motion Graphics & Animation.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Previous experience working in a marketing or creative agency.
• Experience designing visual identities for sectors such as restaurants, retail, hospitality, or corporate brands.
• Knowledge of printing production processes and packaging design.
• Understanding of digital marketing principles and social media design trends.
• Experience collaborating with photographers, videographers, and content creators.
• Candidates currently based in Saudi Arabia and residing in the Eastern Province are highly preferred.
