About the Role

Musanadah Facilities Management is seeking an IT Team Lead to join their team in Dammam, Eastern region. This full-time role involves overseeing the organization's cloud architecture, endpoint management, identity systems, and overall IT infrastructure across all business entities. The IT Team Lead will also directly manage the IT Support team, combining hands-on cloud engineering with leadership responsibilities.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this position is to drive strategic IT initiatives that enhance organizational capability and support business growth. The role focuses on maintaining robust IT infrastructure, ensuring cybersecurity and compliance, and leading the IT Support function effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Own and govern the organization's cloud architecture, including tenant design, identity management, access governance, and licensing across all business entities.
Lead cybersecurity and compliance initiatives, including security tooling and monitoring, to strengthen IT resilience and meet regulatory standards.
Administer ERP user access, security roles, and licensing, and support rollouts across functional modules.
Design and maintain network architecture and hosting infrastructure to support new business systems and digital initiatives.
Lead the IT Support team's workload, ticket queues, and performance, and act as the technical escalation point for infrastructure, systems, and security.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 6 years of relevant experience in IT roles.
Demonstrated experience in cloud engineering and IT infrastructure management is required.
Proven ability to lead and manage an IT support team.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Dammam, Eastern region. The role involves working within a dynamic environment, leading a team, and collaborating on strategic IT initiatives.
