D-ploy is a global provider of managed IT infrastructure and technical support services. The company is seeking an Infrastructure Support Manager to join its team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This is a part-time position.

Role Overview

The Infrastructure Support Manager will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining high-performing service support functions. This role requires a strong understanding of IT trends, products, and solutions, along with a focus on customer satisfaction and business development.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain high-performing service support functions, including IT Service Desk, Desktop Support, and 2nd line technicians.
Identify and develop business opportunities with customers.
Ensure customer satisfaction and deliver business value through effective service.

Required Qualifications and Skills

Strong understanding of Information Technology, including current trends, products, and solutions.
Experience in maintaining high-performing service support functions.
Knowledge of business development, specifically in identifying and developing business opportunities.
Customer-focused approach with a drive for customer satisfaction.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a strong service orientation.
Ability to multitask and demonstrate creative problem-solving ("think outside of the box").
Willingness to travel when required.
