About the Role

Siemens Energy is seeking a Manufacturing Assembly Technician Transformer to join its team in Dammam, Eastern, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves hands-on production operations within the transformer manufacturing process. The technician will contribute to the production of high-quality transformers, supporting Siemens Energy’s mission to deliver reliable energy solutions. This position is suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform active-part drying operations, ensuring adherence to standard work instructions and monitoring process data.
• Prepare tanks by assembling accessories according to drawings and conducting self-inspections to meet quality standards.
• Execute active part in-tanking, including tightening and installation of components, while ensuring compliance with specifications.
• Carry out vacuum and oil filling procedures, maintaining equipment and troubleshooting any malfunctions during the process.
• Disassemble transformers post-testing, preparing accessories for delivery and ensuring proper packaging and storage.
• Uphold safety, quality, and 5S management practices, maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 0-1 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Ability to thrive in a physically demanding production environment.
• Willingness to work in shifts.
