About the Role

Mehad is seeking a Marketing Manager to join its team in Dammam, Eastern region. This full-time position is central to the company's efforts in real estate, focusing on the strategic development and execution of marketing initiatives. The role requires a professional capable of enhancing brand presence and driving engagement for Mehad's diverse real estate portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies tailored for real estate projects.
Manage and oversee various advertising campaigns across digital, traditional media, and print channels.
Create compelling marketing content, including visual assets (images, videos) and written copy.
Administer social media platforms, fostering community engagement and managing follower interactions.
Conduct in-depth market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and monitor emerging real estate trends.
Collaborate effectively with the sales department to provide marketing support for property offers and promotions.
Evaluate the performance and effectiveness of marketing campaigns, reporting on key metrics and Return on Investment (ROI).
Organize and execute events aimed at increasing brand visibility and awareness.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate will possess 5 to 10 years of professional experience in marketing, with a significant portion dedicated to the real estate industry. A proven track record in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies for property developments is essential.
