About the Optometrist Role

Fakeeh Care Group is seeking a dedicated Optometrist to join its Optical Division in Dammam, Eastern Province. This full-time position is suitable for individuals with 0-1 years of experience, offering an opportunity to contribute to a leading healthcare provider.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive eye examinations and vision tests.
• Diagnose visual problems and determine appropriate solutions.
• Develop accurate prescriptions for glasses and contact lenses.
• Perform contact lens fittings and follow-up assessments.
• Educate patients on contact lens care, usage, and safety.
• Monitor patient adaptation to lenses and manage related concerns.
• Analyze test results and provide treatment recommendations.
• Ensure high standards of clinical accuracy and patient safety.
• Maintain proper patient documentation and records.
• Support prescription conversion by recommending appropriate lenses and upgrades.
• Collaborate with the sales team to finalize prescriptions into sales.
• Contribute to achieving store targets and reducing lost prescriptions.
• Deliver a professional and trusted healthcare experience to patients.
• Build patient confidence and foster long-term relationships.
• Handle patient concerns and complaints effectively.
• Support and guide team members on prescriptions and basic eye care.
• Train staff in product knowledge and vision-related topics.
• Collaborate with the store team to enhance overall performance.
• Maintain and ensure the proper functioning of clinical instruments.
• Monitor trial lenses for validity, safety, and usability.
• Ensure the clinic area complies with hygiene and safety standards.
• Adhere to all clinical, regulatory, and company policies.
• Maintain ethical practice and a patient-first approach.
• Ensure compliance with SCFHS and relevant healthcare standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned within the scope of the job.
