This full-time position is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience who are ready to contribute to customer engagement and sales within a specialized showroom environment.

Role Overview

The Parquet Showroom Sales Associate is responsible for guiding customers through the selection process for parquet flooring products, ensuring a positive experience from initial inquiry to successful order completion. This role focuses on achieving sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer service and showroom presentation.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome customers and provide assistance in selecting suitable parquet flooring products.
Clearly explain product features, specifications, and benefits to customers.
Prepare accurate quotations and efficiently process sales orders.
Follow up with customers to ensure successful order completion and satisfaction.
Work towards achieving established sales targets and consistently deliver excellent customer service.
Maintain an organized and visually appealing showroom display.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

0-1 years of previous sales experience, with a preference for experience in parquet, flooring, or building materials.
Demonstrated strong communication and customer service skills.
A sales-driven approach combined with a positive and professional attitude.
Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
