Alkhorayef Water & Power Technologies (AWPT) is seeking a Quality Senior Engineer to join its team in Dammam. As a Saudi-owned Oil and Gas Services Company with operations across three continents, AWPT is committed to driving continuous improvement and ensuring high-quality standards across its processes.

Role Summary

The Quality Senior Engineer will lead quality assurance efforts and drive continuous improvement within the company's operational processes. This full-time role involves ensuring ongoing compliance with quality and regulatory requirements, identifying risks, and implementing corrective actions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead quality risk assessment across all processes under responsibility, ensuring documentation and regular updates, especially for new or changed processes and new product introductions.
• Work with stakeholders to identify and implement actions to minimize identified risks, such as codifying and leading the implementation of fit-for-purpose First Article (FA) protocols for specific component types.
• Schedule and lead the implementation of quality audits within the scope of operation.
• Lead assurance efforts to ensure ongoing compliance with applicable internal, customer, and industry quality and regulatory requirements.
• Lead the analysis of available data to identify key trends and causes of Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and Service Qualities, including their root causes.
• Perform analysis of run life performance of installed Electrical Submersible Pump (ESP) systems to identify key trends and causes at various organizational levels.
• Lead the analysis of yield, process variance, and measurements across the overall manufacturing process to identify key processes requiring improvements.
• Provide input and recommendations on how to add, update, or upgrade business systems to incorporate various data analyses as part of routine operations.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to train the organization on applicable topics related to root cause analysis, statistical quality tools, reliability engineering, and data analysis.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's (or higher) degree in any Science or Engineering discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of working experience in a similar quality engineering role.
• Practical experience in using Minitab and/or Reliasoft suite-of-software (or equivalent).
• Knowledge of ERP and GEARs systems.
• Basic knowledge in the development and use of Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence.
• Mandatory knowledge of ISO 9001/API Q1 standards.

Preferred Industry Experience

• Experience in the Oil & Gas, Aerospace, Automotive, or Electronics manufacturing industry is preferred.
