Key Responsibilities:- Obtain competitive quotations for hotel requirements and source the best products.
- Manage and maintain supplier information and contracts.
- Ensure adherence to Hilton’s quality procedures and standards.
- Collaborate with Finance to draft the annual budget and maintain records of commitments.
- Oversee the operation of stores and ensure record accuracy for requisition and replenishment transactions.
- Monitor purchasing areas including contracts, leases, and nominations.
What We Are Looking For:To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Previous experience in purchasing/procurement.
- Strong financial acumen and ability to work with budgets.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Good MS Excel skills and ability to work under pressure.
