Sales Engineer Role Overview

Alfa Wood Industries is seeking an experienced Sales Engineer to join their team in Dammam, Eastern, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on developing and managing sales opportunities for wooden doors, furniture, kitchens, wardrobes, and architectural joinery works across Riyadh and the Central Region. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business for wooden doors, furniture, kitchens, wardrobes, and architectural joinery works.
• Conduct visits to consultants, contractors, developers, project owners, and corporate clients.
• Identify projects at early stages and manage them from initial enquiry through quotation, negotiation, and contract award.
• Review client requirements and coordinate with technical and estimation teams.
• Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals.
• Negotiate prices and commercial terms while maintaining required profit margins.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, forecast, and client visit plan.
• Achieve assigned sales and collection targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant sales or business development experience.
• Experience in wooden products, joinery, furniture, doors, fit-out, or building materials is strongly preferred.
• Existing relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, or corporate clients in Riyadh are considered an advantage.

Required Skills and Attributes

• Strong negotiation, communication, presentation, and closing skills.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to conduct regular field visits.
