MEDSCAN Logistics Company is seeking a Sales Representative to join its team in Dammam, Eastern, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is crucial for expanding the company's client base for customs clearance, transport, and shipping services within the region.

Role Overview

The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. This role involves building strong client relationships, preparing competitive quotations, negotiating rates, and ensuring smooth service execution through coordination with internal teams. The successful candidate will be instrumental in achieving sales targets and maintaining accurate sales reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new business opportunities for freight, transport, and customs clearance services.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, from initial lead generation to successful deal closure.
• Prepare competitive quotations that align with market rates and client requirements.
• Negotiate contracts and foster long-term client partnerships.
• Coordinate effectively with operations, pricing, and customer service teams to ensure seamless shipment execution.
• Monitor shipments and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the service process.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline reports and update CRM systems regularly.
• Track market trends, analyze competitor activities, and identify new growth opportunities.
• Ensure the consistent achievement of sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A proven track record of over 10 years in achieving sales targets and generating new business.
• Demonstrated experience in handling B2B clients and conducting contract negotiations.
• Familiarity with shipping, transport, and customs clearance processes.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Dammam, Eastern, Saudi Arabia. The role requires active engagement in a dynamic sales environment focused on logistics services.
