Job Summary

Datamatics Technologies is seeking an experienced SAP EC Consultant for a contract position in Riyadh, Eastern Region. This role focuses on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) with an emphasis on Core HR and Time Management solutions. The consultant will be responsible for implementing and supporting various modules, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver HR transformation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC), Time Off, and Time Sheet modules.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into effective system solutions.
• Configure Foundation Objects, MDF Objects, workflows, and business rules within the system.
• Manage data models, XML configurations, and overall system setup.
• Support Story Reporting and HR analytics requirements.
• Participate in testing, deployment, user training, and provide post-go-live support.
• Collaborate with business, HR, and technical teams on HR transformation initiatives.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Completed 2-3 full lifecycle implementations of Employee Central and Time Off modules.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of Core HR and Time Management processes.

Technical Skills

The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in configuring SuccessFactors, managing data models, and working with XML configurations. A solid understanding of SuccessFactors reporting capabilities is also required.

Work Location and Type

This is a contract position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Candidates currently residing in KSA or those with prior KSA project/work experience will be given preference during the selection process.
