About the Senior Content Creator Role

Konh Studio (استديو كُنه), a creative marketing agency specializing in branding, digital marketing, content production, and creative campaigns, is seeking a Senior Content Creator. This full-time role, based in Dammam, Eastern, Saudi Arabia, requires 5-10 years of experience. The position focuses on strategy, creative thinking, and content planning, rather than solely content creation. The ideal candidate will understand marketing principles before content, transforming business objectives into creative ideas, building structured content plans, and leading content production from concept to execution. This role demands strategic thinking, creativity, and hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative content ideas aligned with marketing objectives.
• Build monthly content strategies and content calendars.
• Conduct research on industries, competitors, and target audiences.
• Write creative briefs, scripts, and video concepts.
• Prepare production documents and shooting plans.
• Lead brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative campaign ideas.
• Attend content shoots to ensure creative execution matches approved concepts.
• Collaborate with designers, photographers, videographers, and marketing teams.
• Write captions, campaign copy, and social media content.
• Review content before publishing to ensure quality and consistency.
• Analyze content performance and recommend improvements.
• Stay updated with digital trends and adapt them to brand identities.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of experience in content creation or a related field.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and content marketing.
• Previous experience in a marketing or creative agency is highly preferred.
• Experience in food & beverage, retail, healthcare, or corporate brands is a plus.
• Experience directing content shoots is preferred.
• Basic design knowledge is preferred.
• Basic video editing knowledge is preferred.
• Experience working with influencers and campaign activations is preferred.
