SKM is currently seeking a Service Sales Engineer (After Sales) HVAC to join its team in Dammam, Eastern region, Saudi Arabia.

Role Overview: Service Sales Engineer (After Sales)

This full-time position is an integral part of the After Sales team, primarily focused on ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of SKM HVAC systems. The Service Sales Engineer is responsible for critical after-sales support functions, including comprehensive troubleshooting, efficient handling of warranty claims, and providing direct customer support to maintain high operational standards for all installed systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle warranty and service complaints, ensuring resolution within set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Troubleshoot various HVAC equipment, including chillers, Air Handling Units (AHUs), DX systems, and package units.
• Conduct thorough root cause analysis for equipment failures and prepare detailed service reports.
• Provide support for retrofit projects, repair activities, and routine maintenance operations.
• Supervise technicians on-site, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
• Offer technical feedback to the engineering and quality assurance teams for continuous product improvement.
• Assist in customer training initiatives and prepare necessary technical documentation.

Candidate Profile and Experience

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of professional experience is required.
• Prior experience within GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council) countries is preferred, specifically in HVAC service, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP), or Facilities Management (FM) sectors.

Location and Employment Type

This is a full-time employment opportunity based in Dammam, located in the Eastern region of Saudi Arabia. The role involves working as part of a dedicated After Sales team, providing essential on-site support and technical expertise to customers.
