About the Role

Napco National is seeking a Skilled Helper to join its manufacturing team in Dammam, Eastern Province. This is a full-time position with a requirement of 0-1 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure proper arrangement of all raw materials in their designated locations.
• Maintain the availability of required raw materials to prevent machine stoppages.
• Ensure all waste trolleys and bins are positioned correctly.
• Assist the Operator with machine setup and size changes.
• Follow instructions provided by the Operator.
• Arrange machine workers for cleaning or repacking during minor stoppages.

Safety and Compliance

• Comply with and follow all safety and environmental instructions.
• Participate in toolbox talks conducted by the HSE officer.
• Engage in consultation and participation at all applicable levels and functions, including the development, planning, implementation, performance evaluation, and actions for improvement of the OH&S management system.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess a high school diploma or a technical diploma in a relevant field. The ability to read, write, and communicate in English is required. A foundational understanding of machine operation, safety practices, and production processes is necessary. Previous experience in manufacturing Baby diapers, Feminine napkins, under pads, or adult diapers is preferred.

Work Environment

This is a full-time role based in Dammam, Eastern Province. The position involves working within a manufacturing setting.
