About the Mechanical Supervisor Role

Al Tuwairqi Group is seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor for a full-time position in Dammam. This role is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of critical plant machinery and equipment.

Key Responsibilities

The Mechanical Supervisor will be directly involved in:

• Maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a variety of plant machinery, including pumps, gearboxes, compressors, blowers, conveyor belts, cooling towers, and heat exchangers.
• Taking immediate action to resolve mechanical maintenance-related issues.
• Clearly and directly communicating work instructions to subordinates, such as foremen and technicians.
• Independently performing assigned tasks to completion.
• Ensuring personal and equipment safety throughout all operations.

Required Experience and Expertise

Candidates for this position should possess:

• Proven experience in the maintenance and troubleshooting of process plant equipment such as furnaces, reformers, pumps, gearboxes, compressors, blowers, conveyor belts, cooling towers, and heat exchangers.
• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience.

Technical Skills and Knowledge

Essential technical competencies for this role include:

• Proficiency in SAP PM module.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of quality management systems.
• The ability to read and understand equipment manuals and technical drawings.

Work Location and Type

This is a full-time position based in Dammam. The role requires hands-on supervision and technical oversight within the plant environment.
