About the Role

Applicantz is seeking a highly qualified Technical Trainer Mechanical for a contract position based in Dammam, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia. This role, specifically designated as a TT1 Mechanical Trainer, involves delivering specialized mechanical training. Employment is on a contract basis, with payroll managed through our partnering firm, Prime Innovation.

Role Purpose

The Technical Trainer Mechanical is responsible for providing comprehensive theoretical and practical instruction, with a primary focus on pipefitting. The core objective is to facilitate student engagement and understanding, ensuring that all participants achieve the required learning outcomes and meet established organizational standards for training and assessment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver course content, encompassing both theory and practical applications in pipefitting, utilizing a student-centered approach.
• Manage the learning environment to ensure training areas and resources are suitable and adequate for effective training and assessment.
• Assess student performance regularly to evaluate learning outcomes and provide constructive feedback.
• Prepare detailed lesson plans and comprehensive pacing schedules for all training modules.
• Plan and deliver training sessions in both classroom and workshop settings.
• Utilize effective teaching strategies designed to engage students and achieve desired educational outcomes.
• Adapt teaching methods and materials to accommodate diverse learning styles within the student group.
• Ensure compliance with all organizational standards and requirements for training delivery and student assessment.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum qualification of a Technical or Engineering Diploma in a relevant mechanical field.
• A minimum of 3 years of direct training experience.
• A minimum of 5 years of industrial experience, specifically within the oil & gas industry.
