About the Role

Applicantz is seeking a Technical Trainer Pipefitting for a contract position based in Dammam, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia. This role focuses on delivering specialized pipefitting training, with payroll management handled through our partnering firm, Prime Innovation.

Role Summary

The Technical Trainer Pipefitting is responsible for providing comprehensive theoretical and practical instruction in pipefitting. The successful candidate will manage the learning environment, assess student progress, and ensure the delivery of high-quality training that meets established organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver pipefitting course content, encompassing both theoretical knowledge and practical skills, using a student-centered approach to maximize engagement and understanding.
• Manage the learning environment, ensuring that all training areas and resources are appropriate and sufficient for effective training and assessment needs.
• Assess student performance regularly to evaluate learning outcomes and provide constructive feedback.
• Prepare detailed lesson plans and pacing schedules to ensure structured and timely course progression.
• Plan and execute both classroom-based instruction and hands-on workshop training sessions.
• Utilize effective teaching strategies designed to engage students actively and achieve desired learning objectives.
• Adapt teaching methodologies to accommodate diverse learning styles within the student group.
• Adhere to all organizational standards and requirements pertaining to training delivery and student assessment processes.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum qualification of a Technical or Engineering Diploma in a relevant field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a training capacity.
• A minimum of 5 years of industrial experience, specifically within the oil & gas industry.

Location and Contract Details

This is a contract position located in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The role operates within a dynamic training environment focused on developing skilled professionals in pipefitting. Payroll for this engagement will be processed through Prime Innovation, our trusted partnering firm.
