About the Opportunity

Energy Tech is seeking a dedicated Technology Services Supervisor to join our team in Dammam. This full-time role is central to overseeing daily IT support operations and ensuring the efficient delivery of high-quality IT services across the organization.

Role Overview

The Technology Services Supervisor will manage helpdesk activities, oversee IT asset management and procurement processes, and administer user accounts and endpoint devices. This position also involves supporting the implementation of IT operational and security standards, contributing to the overall stability and security of the company's IT infrastructure.

Core Responsibilities

• Supervise daily helpdesk operations, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests.
• Monitor service quality, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and Service Level Agreements (SLAs), escalating complex issues as needed.
• Provide comprehensive end-user support for hardware, software, network connectivity, and business applications.
• Maintain and update IT support documentation and the knowledge base.
• Manage IT purchase requisitions and coordinate effectively with Procurement and external vendors.
• Track procurement activities and verify the delivery of IT equipment, software, and services.
• Manage the full lifecycle of IT assets and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Conduct periodic asset audits to ensure compliance with asset management policies.
• Administer Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Microsoft 365 accounts, including user accounts, groups, roles, and access permissions.
• Administer Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions and manage corporate devices.
• Enforce device security, compliance, encryption, and patch management protocols.
• Support IT onboarding and offboarding activities and maintain relevant IT documentation.
• Participate in IT projects, ensure compliance with IT and cybersecurity policies, and prepare operational reports.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support or infrastructure operations.
• At least 1-2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience is preferred.
