Masarat Almina, a customs clearance company, is seeking a SABER & Compliance Certificates Specialist to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role is essential for managing product registration and ensuring compliance with import and customs clearance requirements.

Role Overview

The SABER & Compliance Certificates Specialist will be responsible for handling the SABER platform, product registration procedures, and issuing various compliance certificates. The role involves coordinating with conformity assessment bodies and clients to ensure all import and customs clearance requirements are met efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

1. Register products and input their data on the SABER platform.
2. Issue and follow up on Product Certificates (PCoC).
3. Issue Shipment Certificates (SCoC).
4. Monitor self-declaration procedures for products when requirements apply.
5. Review product, manufacturer, supplier data, and HS Codes.
6. Identify technical regulations and compliance requirements for each product.
7. Coordinate with accredited Conformity Assessment Bodies.
8. Review technical documents, test reports, and required specifications for certificate issuance.
9. Follow up on delayed requests and resolve issues related to certificate issuance.
10. Coordinate with the customs clearance team and clients to ensure shipment readiness.
11. Stay updated on SABER platform updates and requirements from the Saudi Standards, Metrology and Quality Organization (SASO).
12. Prepare periodic reports on requests, issued, and pending certificates.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 2-5 years of practical experience in issuing SABER and compliance certificates.
• Proficiency in using the SABER platform.
• Good knowledge of PCoC and SCoC issuance procedures.
• Familiarity with Saudi technical regulations and SASO requirements.
• Experience in reviewing technical documents, compliance certificates, and test reports.
• Good knowledge of Harmonized System (HS) Codes.
• Previous experience in customs clearance or import/export companies is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

• Ability to work under pressure and complete requests within specified deadlines.
