Role Summary:
The Senior Digital Marketing Executive will support and lead key digital initiatives across performance marketing, social media, e-commerce growth, and customer engagement. This role works closely with marketing, creative, CRM, and agency partners to execute high-impact digital campaigns that drive traffic, conversions, and brand visibility across all online and offline touchpoints.

Role Summary:
The Senior Digital Marketing Executive will support and lead key digital initiatives across performance marketing, social media, e-commerce growth, and customer engagement. This role works closely with marketing, creative, CRM, and agency partners to execute high-impact digital campaigns that drive traffic, conversions, and brand visibility across all online and offline touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution:
- Assist in developing and executing digital marketing plans aligned with business goals.
- Drive online traffic, engagement, and conversions for both in-store and ecommerce platforms.
- Execute digital campaigns for promotions, product launches, and seasonal events.
- E Commerce & Online Growth:
- Support strategies to grow online sales and improve customer retention.
- Coordinate with UX/UI and web teams to enhance website performance and user experience.
- Manage SEO, PPC, and paid social campaigns to increase visibility and sales.
- Offline Digital Marketing & In Store Promotions:
- Execute digital initiatives to boost instore footfall (SMS campaigns, geotargeted ads, etc.).
- Integrate digital touchpoints into offline customer journeys (QR codes, kiosks, digital screens).
- Use analytics to understand customer behavior and support personalized marketing.
- Social Media & Content Management:
- Manage social media calendars, content planning, and daily posting.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
- Coordinate with influencers, content creators, and agencies for campaigns.
- Performance Marketing & Analytics:
- Track and analyze campaign performance using KPIs such as CTR, CPC, ROI, and ROAS.
- Optimize budgets and digital channels for maximum efficiency.
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other dashboards for reporting.
- Customer Engagement & CRM:
- Work with CRM teams to support loyalty and retention initiatives.
- Execute personalized email and SMS campaigns.
- Use marketing automation tools to streamline communication workflows.
- Partnerships & Vendor Coordination:
- Coordinate with digital agencies, media partners, and technology vendors.
- Track deliverables, performance, and ensure ROI on digital spends.
- Stay updated with digital trends, tools, and best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in retail, FMCG, or ecommerce.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, paid media, and social media marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and analytics tools.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, Data Studio, or similar tools.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and project management abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- English required; Arabic preferred.
