Organon is a global healthcare company focused on providing health solutions that empower women and their families. We are seeking a Marketing Specialist for our operations in KSA to lead the planning and execution of customer-centric business plans for our product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with META brand leads and cross-functional teams to execute the KSA marketing plan.
• Localize the regional marketing plan to fit KSA market dynamics.
• Prepare and implement the KSA marketing franchise plan to align with strategic objectives.
• Forecast and analyze data to support demand planning and ensure profitable growth.
• Monitor competitors and industry changes to adapt execution accordingly.
• Engage with scientific leaders and stakeholders to understand market needs and trends.
• Efficiently manage and track the promotional budget.

Required Education and Skills:

• A marketing degree or Pharm D is a plus.
• Minimum of one year of sales experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Fluency in English.
• Strong strategic planning and analytical skills.
