Key Responsibilities:
- Execute comprehensive marketing campaigns (ATL, BTL, digital) for real estate promotions.
- Lead exhibitions, roadshows, and events including planning and vendor coordination.
- Manage agency relationships and ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Conduct market research to support marketing strategies.
- Oversee marketing communications across various channels.
- Develop marketing content, including brochures and presentations.
- Align with sales teams to foster lead generation.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide insightful improvements.
- Manage marketing budgets effectively.
- Ensure alignment of marketing plans with project timelines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in event marketing.
- Proven experience in the Saudi or GCC markets.
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Strong project management and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and budget management.
