The Role: Sales, Marketing, and Call Reception Specialist

We are seeking a Sales, Marketing, and Call Reception Specialist to join our team. This full-time, hybrid position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with flexibility for some work-from-home tasks. The specialist will play a crucial role in supporting our sales and marketing efforts while ensuring excellent customer communication and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Manage inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Respond to customer inquiries and provide clear, accurate information about products and services.
Support sales activities by preparing quotations and conducting follow-ups with potential and existing clients.
Coordinate effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
Assist with marketing campaigns and contribute to promotional activities across digital and traditional channels.
Maintain and update customer records accurately.
Ensure professional communication standards and strive for high customer satisfaction.
Provide basic training or product orientation to clients when required.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess the following:

0-1 years of relevant experience in sales support, customer service, or marketing assistance.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work independently.
