About the Role

Beeah Planners, Architects and Engineers is seeking a dedicated and skilled Reports Specialist to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position is crucial for transforming complex data into clear, impactful visual content that supports strategic decision-making and enhances stakeholder communication.

Role Summary

The Reports Specialist will be responsible for preparing and designing professional reports and presentations. This role demands creativity in content presentation, meticulous accuracy in report preparation, and strict adherence to the company's visual identity and corporate quality standards. The ideal candidate will effectively convert intricate information into visually engaging and comprehensible formats.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and design professional presentations for both internal and external use, from initial drafts to final versions, leveraging available smart technologies.
• Develop periodic reports and executive summaries by collecting and analyzing data from various departments.
• Convert statistical data and complex tables into professional charts and infographics to facilitate information comprehension.
• Draft and process content in both Arabic and English, ensuring visual consistency and appropriate text direction.
• Edit images and design visual elements, symbols, and icons in alignment with the company's identity.
• Develop standardized templates and formats for presentations and reports to ensure consistent quality of outputs.
• Coordinate with various departments to understand their requirements and provide innovative design solutions.
• Review and inspect final outputs to ensure design quality, layout integrity, and content accuracy.
• Apply best practices and modern methods in preparing reports, presentations, and visual content storytelling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or Project Management.
• Demonstrated practical experience in preparing professional reports and presentations.

Required Skills and Competencies

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, particularly for interacting with executive leadership and stakeholders, with the ability to quickly grasp and articulate directives.
• Mandatory: Excellent proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking). Strong Advantage: Proficiency in Arabic (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop; familiarity with Adobe InDesign is preferred.
• Good knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools used in presentation preparation and content analysis.
• High-level skills in data analysis and visual presentation.
• Excellent communication, time management, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively under pressure.
