About the Role

Dyari is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position requires a distinguished talent with strong experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, capable of managing the entire recruitment cycle and attracting administrative, engineering, and sales competencies in line with the company's needs and future plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute the complete recruitment cycle from identifying needs to candidate onboarding.
  • Collaborate with department managers to define job needs and requirements.
  • Prepare and publish job advertisements through appropriate sourcing channels.
  • Directly search for competencies and attract qualified candidates.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate candidates.
  • Prepare shortlists and submit recommendations to relevant departments.
  • Coordinate interviews, prepare job offers, and negotiate with candidates.
  • Build and update a database and a continuous talent pipeline.
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, quality of hire, and sourcing channels.
  • Contribute to improving the candidate experience and enhancing the company's employer brand.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations, and maintain information confidentiality.

Qualifications and Experience

  • University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Practical experience of no less than 5 years in recruitment and talent acquisition, with a range of 5-10 years preferred.
  • Experience in attracting administrative, engineering, and sales competencies.
  • Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, and various recruitment platforms.
  • Advanced skills in conducting interviews, evaluating candidates, and negotiating job offers.
  • Ability to manage multiple job vacancies simultaneously and prioritize efficiently.
  • Ability to prepare recruitment reports and analyze performance indicators.
  • Good knowledge of Saudi labor law and recruitment procedures.
  • Previous experience in the real estate or contracting sector is preferred.
  • Professional certifications such as SHRM or CIPD are considered an added advantage.

This position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
