As a Barber in the Men’s Grooming Lounge at Miraval The Red Sea, you will be responsible for delivering expert grooming services tailored to meet the needs of our male guests in a refined and relaxing environment. You will provide services including haircuts, beard grooming, shaves, and various grooming rituals that combine precision and luxury.

Key Responsibilities:

• Men’s Grooming Services: Professional haircuts, beard trims, straight razor shaves, scalp care, and grooming services.
• Guest Experience & Personalization: Conduct thorough consultations and maintain a comfortable grooming environment.
• Salon Standards & Operations: Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of tools and workstations while following health and safety protocols.
• Additional Services & Events: Support special grooming requests and collaborate with the spa team for seamless service.

Qualifications:

• Certified and licensed Barber with formal training.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a luxury barbershop.
• Strong technical skills and excellent communication abilities.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
