Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor loading and unloading activities according to the loading manifest.
• Transfer goods to designated destinations efficiently and safely.
• Perform monthly maintenance tasks on the truck including cleaning, oil, and filter changes.
• Ensure invoices are stamped by customers and returned to the Customer Service Department (CSD).
• Report any customer complaints to your superior and provide recommendations for improvement by documenting all complaints.
