Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer relationships to ensure satisfaction through high-quality service and proactive communication.
- Conduct regular maintenance checks and attend to callouts.
- Report work performed accurately to ensure operational efficiency.
- Maintain excellent relationships with customers and end-users on-site by applying an ambassadorial approach.
- Ensure safety throughout service operations and identify any site risks.

Requirements:
- ITI/Vocational Certificate course/Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Automation or equivalent.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Basic IT skills preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Preventive Maintenance and Troubleshooting with a reputable elevator company.
- Valid GCC driving license is an advantage.
