Join Our Team as a Business Analyst - SME Focus!

Are you a proactive and analytical Business Analyst with a strong understanding of SME environments and core business functions? At Huxley, we are looking for talented individuals like you to help drive business value by translating SME needs into clear, structured, and actionable requirements in an agile and collaborative environment.

Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
  • Strong background working with SMEs and core business functions
  • Proven experience in business process analysis and optimization
  • Demonstrated ability to gather, document, and manage business requirements
  • Strong experience engaging with and managing multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to translate business needs into clear functional documentation
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; Arabic speaking preferred

  • Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills
  • Deep understanding of SME operational and business challenges
  • High attention to detail with a structured approach to problem-solving
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, cross-functional environments

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with SME stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements
  • Conduct business process analysis to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
  • Translate business needs into clear functional requirements and documentation
  • Facilitate workshops, interviews, and working sessions with business users
  • Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and delivery teams
  • Support the definition and prioritization of business requirements aligned with business objectives
  • Ensure requirements are clearly understood and accurately implemented

المتطلبات:
  • درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو تكنولوجيا المعلومات أو مجال ذي صلة.
  • حد أدنى من 3 سنوات من الخبرة كمحلل أعمال، ويفضل في إدارة خدمات تكنولوجيا المعلومات أو مشاريع ServiceNow.
  • فهم قوي لوظائف ServiceNow وتطبيقاتها ضمن عمليات الأعمال.
  • مهارات تحليلية ممتازة مع التركيز على تحديد ومعالجة احتياجات الأعمال.
  • إجادة أدوات وتقنيات رسم الخرائط العملية.
  • مهارات تواصل استثنائية وشخصية للتفاعل بشكل فعال مع كل من أصحاب المصلحة الفنيين وغير الفنيين.

About the Role:
Join atmaal as a Business Analyst, where you will play a pivotal role in enhancing business performance through data analysis. Atmaal is a leading provider of business process outsourcing, and we are committed to operational excellence and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze data and transform it into meaningful insights and reports.
  • Gather and analyze business requirements and coordinate with stakeholders.
  • Prepare periodic reports and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Use Excel at an advanced level (Pivot Tables, Advanced Formulas).
  • Design and develop interactive dashboards using Power BI.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Document business requirements, processes, and gap analyses.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analysis, or a related field.
  • Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken).
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (Advanced level) and Power BI (Professional level).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in building executive dashboards and reports.
