We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Data & Business Analyst at Alfalak Electronic Equipment & Supplies Co.. In this vital role, you will contribute significantly to our procurement and supply chain operations through data management and performance analysis.

About the Role:
As a Data & Business Analyst, you will maintain data accuracy, develop dashboards, support automation efforts, and ensure compliance with internal policies. This position requires a detail-oriented, analytical thinker with a collaborative approach to cross-departmental work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and analyze large and complex data sets to support procurement and supply chain functions.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and performance reports using tools such as Microsoft Power BI and Excel.
• Ensure accurate tracking of commitments and milestone monitoring.
• Maintain structured and audit-ready records in accordance with internal policies.
• Drive continuous improvement through process enhancements.
• Provide data insights and facilitate effective stakeholder communication.
• Ensure compliance with governance standards and contribute to internal control efforts.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Finance, Management Information Systems (MIS), or Data Analytics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with procurement or financial data management and reporting.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
