Join our Team as a Business Analyst!
We are seeking a talented Business Analyst to support our expanding team at RiDiK in Riyadh. This role presents a unique opportunity to engage in impactful projects, collaborate with skilled professionals, and significantly contribute to our company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements within Agile/Scrum frameworks.
• Evaluate current workflows and identify opportunities for improvement through process analysis.
• Elicit requirements from stakeholders, translating them into BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Conduct data analysis and basic modeling to support performance tracking and business decisions.
• Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment on requirements.
• Support the design, testing, and implementation of new systems or process enhancements.
• Engage in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders in both Arabic and English.

Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of relevant experience and must be proficient in Arabic. A proactive attitude, commitment to continuous learning, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment are essential.
