This position involves performing electrical and mechanical maintenance activities to minimize downtime and uphold safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and electromechanical equipment faults.
- Execute preventive and corrective maintenance tasks according to established maintenance schedules.
- Report all equipment issues and recurring faults to the Maintenance Manager promptly.
- Utilize technical drawings, manuals, and diagnostic tools accurately for maintenance activities.
- Support installation, commissioning, and upgrades of machinery.
- Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns to reduce production downtime.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures, including lockout/tagout (LOTO), and company policies.
- Document maintenance activities, spare parts usage, and equipment condition diligently.
- Collaborate with engineers and supervisors to resolve complex technical challenges.
- Assist in root-cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions.
Work Experience Requirements:Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
Qualification and Skills:- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician with a strong willingness to learn new technologies.
- Hands-on experience with industrial machinery and production equipment.
- Proficient troubleshooting skills using electrical and mechanical diagnostic tools.
- Knowledge of safety standards and maintenance best practices.
- Able to work under pressure and respond effectively during emergencies.
