Join Reef Holding as an Internal Audit Manager
We’re hiring an experienced and highly analytical Internal Audit Manager to lead our internal audit function. Your contribution will strengthen risk management and enhance internal control practices across the Group and its subsidiaries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Audit Planning & Risk Assessment: Develop and maintain the annual risk-based internal audit plan and obtain approval from the Audit Committee.
• Internal Audit Execution: Conduct scheduled and surprise audits across departments to evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls.
• Findings & Corrective Actions: Identify control weaknesses and provide practical recommendations.
• Reporting & Stakeholder Coordination: Prepare audit reports and present findings to executive management.
• Governance & Professional Standards: Maintain independence and objectivity in all audit activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 7–9 years of relevant experience in internal audit or risk management.
• Strong knowledge of IIA Standards.
